EC adopts Romania’s EUR 8.25 bln Regional Operational Programme
Regional Development Minister Sevil Shhaideh and EU Commissioner for Regional Policies Corina Cretu signed on June 23 the adoption of the 2014-2020 Regional Operational Programme for Romania amounting to EUR 8.25 billion.
It is the program with the largest contribution to Romania’s regional development, said Shhaideh.
The program, which provides financial allocations for 11 priority axes, has a EUR 8.25 billion budget, EUR 6.7 billion of which comes from the EU, through the European Regional Development Fund.
