Enel launches subscriptions for energy consumers in Romania
Italian energy group Enel has introduced a subscription for the household energy consumers in Romania.
The package, which is called E-Light, will help clients save up to 6% on their electricity bills, according to the company, reports local Ziarul Financiar.
Also, the consumers that will choose the subscription will have the same energy price over the next two years, according to Enel.
Enel has launched the new offer after the telecom operator RCS&RDS became active in the energy supply sector and started promoting its energy services to telecom clients in Bucharest.
The Romanian electricity market has nine million consumers. New electricity suppliers are waiting to get into this market, where the competition has been non-existent until now.
