Ensight: HR dept. still has to be accepted as partner for the business in Romania

The Human Resources (HR) is well integrated in the Romanian companies’ strategy development process and also contributes significantly in its implementation, but the most important role of the Romanian HR functions is building modern HR, according to the study conducted by Ensight Management Consulting.
The Human Resources function in Romania still lacks of acknowledgement from the company and has to work towards being accepted as a partner for the business, according to the study.
The priority for HR in Romania is the talent management, while the performance management is implemented in a good way, but still gives room for more improvements, shows the study.

The study was conducted in 2010 and the results were studied and analyzed in 2011.
