EuroMiniStorage adds 125 storage units with EUR 150,000, plans to reach 1,000 in Romania
EuroMiniStorage self-storage facility operator Romania recently added 125 storage units, following an investment of EUR 150,000, according to the company. The new investment followed the positive evolution in occupancy for storage units built back in 2010.
“When we realized the demand will outgrow our offer, we took the decision of building another 125 storage units” declared Danu Temelie, EuroMiniStorage managing partner, who is in charge with the company’s Romanian and Hungarian operations.
The initial EuroMiniStorage building offers 400 storage units with sizes between 1 and 35 sqm. The company plans to increase the number to a total of over 1,000 units in the near future.
Euro Mini Storage is owned by a group of Canadian investors, which invested EUR 8 million in real-estate and self-storage in Romania. The facility was inaugurated in 2010 having a total surface of 7,500 sqm on three floors.
