The 15 parties and political or electoral alliances, as well as the 8 independent candidates start the campaign for the European Parliament elections today. Romania’s representatives in the European Parliament will be elected on May 25.

The campaign started on Friday, at 00:00, and will end a day before the elections, on May 24, at 07:00.

During the election campaign, the candidates and the parties have the right to express their opinion through demonstrations, meetings, marches, and through the mass-media, within the law.
