Alexandru Lupea is the new head of the audit department with EY Romania. He will coordinate a team of 260 people.

Lupea started with EY in 2012, as a partner in the audit department. The same year, he coordinated EY’s regional offices. In 2014, he became Growth Markets Leader, and contributed to several strategic platforms for entrepreneurs.

Lupea aims to grow the audit business in a sustainable way, “which will not be easy given the current context of professional services, with high competition between companies, as well as for quality staff,” he said.
