The Romanian Finance Ministry will issue EUR 400 million of state titles today on the internal capital market. The acquisition of these state titles will be made through a bidding process. The titles will have a one year maturity term and a five percent interest a year. The funds attracted following the bid will be used to cover the budget deficit and refinance the due public debt.
