It’s free entry at the Bucharest Zoo today – Saturday, June 5 – in celebration of the World Environment Day. In addition to free entry between 09,00 and 19,00, children are also awaited with workshops between 10,00 and 13,00: origami, drawings on the asphalt, face painting, among others.

A drawing competition will also be organized, and authors of the winning drawings and paintings will receive entry vouchers for children’s theaters, the circus, picnic bags, school supplies and summer camp participation tickets.

The Bucharest Zoo is located in Northern Bucharest, in the Baneasa forest. Tickets are normally RON 6.5 for kids (about EUR 1.5) and RON 13 (some EUR 2.8) for parents.
