French singer and composer Emma Shapplin, dubbed the ‘angelic voice soprano’ and one of the most creative contemporary artists, will concert in Bucharest this fall. Shapplin is known for her unique musical style, with Gothic influences, and for drawing inspiration from opera, modern trance, rock and synth-pop. She will perform for Romanian audiences on October 30, at Sala Palatului in Bucharest, starting 19,00.

By her real name Crystêle Madeleine Joliton, Emma Shapplin, now 40, became famous in 1998, with her debut album. Her second came in 2002, and her third, in 2009. Shapplin is also nicknamed the ‘Barefoot diva’.

Tickets for her show in Bucharest are already available in the Eventim network and on Eventim.ro, for prices varying between RON 227 and RON 117, valid until June 30. Full prices will be valid after that” RON 350 to RON 180.
