German fashion retailer Orsay will open an online store for the Romanian market mid-year, said Alina Chendrean, Orsay area manager for Romania and Hungary, reports local Agerpres.

On Friday, the retailer opened a new store in the Veranda Mall shopping center. It is the company’s 36th store in Romania.

The shop is located at the ground floor of the mall located in the Obor area, and covers an area of 200 sqm.

Orsay entered the local market ten years ago, and has another seven stores in Bucharest, but is also present in cities such as Timisoara, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Constanta, Brasov, and Sibiu. Veranda Mall is a proximity commercial center in Bucharest inaugurated in October last year.
