German real estate investor, Romanian entrepreneur invest EUR 1 mln in hair products shops chain
Profihairshop, a network of professional hair products shops, has opened five units across Romania with an investment of EUR 1 million. The first shop was opened in March this year and most of the units are located in Bucharest. The chain was created by Cristina Fleaca and Klaus Reisenauer (in picture), the latter known for his investments in real estate company Oasis Development, together with Kurt Wagner. The two real estate investors are known to be behind the entry of Kaufland and Lidl in Romania.
“The company currently operates four units in Bucharest and one in Sibiu, with approximately 40 employees, registering total sales of EUR 20,000 monthly, or almost EUR 250,000 a year. After opening the first shop in March this year, Profihairshop will continue its national expansion, targeting locations in shopping centers or malls, as well as spaces on commercial arteries in large cities," said Klaus Reisenauer, Managing Partner.
The latest addition to the chain is the store in America House office building. The chain targets both general consumers and hair salons.
In 2009, the real estate investor Klaus Reisenauer and Cristina Fleaca, a young local entrepreneur established the professional hair care products distributor Profihairshop. The existing stores are in AFI Palace Cotroceni, Cora Lujerului, Iris Titan, America House, and Real Shopping City Sibiu.
