Greek media company Antenna Group, which owns several radio and TV stations in Romania, will bring the Thrive Global media and e-commerce project to Romania.

Thrive Global is an international well-being platform founded and managed by famous American entrepreneur Arianna Huffington, the founder of the famous news site Huffington Post. The platform was officially launched on November 30, in New York.

The company aims to revolutionize the way people work and live by offering companies and individuals science-based solutions to lower stress and burnout, and enhance well-being and productivity.

“We are at an inflection point in history where technology has granted us powers that accelerate the speed of life beyond our capacity to cope,” said Arianna Huffington, Founder and CEO of Thrive Global. “Thrive Global is born in response to this need to take control of our lives and offer new strategies and tools, based on the latest science, to address the unintended consequences of these profound and invasive changes.”

The platform includes a journal with lifestyle articles, an e-course section, and an online shop.

Antenna Group has signed a partnership with Thrive Global to develop the platform in several countries in the region, including Greece, Cyprus, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Turkey, and Russia.

Antenna Group, which is a regional media company, owns the Kiss FM, Magic FM, and Rock FM radio stations, and the Kiss TV, Magic TV, and Rock TV channels. It also operates locally the VICE platform, which specializes in content creation for young people.
