Romanian law firm Hammond Bogaru & Associates has recently set up an an aviation practice team, formed of three lawyers. The new practice will deal with the firm’s growing aviation workload. Nicholas Hammond (in picture), joint managing partner of the firm, and partner Alexandru Badet are responsible for the newly formed practice and will be coordinating the team.

“I am particularly happy to be leading the aviation team as I am a former pilot myself and am very familiar with the ins and outs of the industry,” said Nicholas Hammond.

The firm’s new aviation team will offer clients practical hands-on understanding  of the specific regulatory, technology and business issues specific to the aviation sector. They will offer several services, such as aviation regulation, aviation commercial agreements and asset management, as well as resolving disputes and assisting in corporate and intellectual property matters.

Hammond Bogaru & Associates is a business law firm based in Bucharest, Romania, set up by Nicholas Hammond and Cristian Bogaru in 2007. The firm provides a full range of legal advice, including Banking and Financial transactions, M&A transactions, Employment law, commercial matters including licensing, franchising and regulatory matters, dealing  with Romanian government authorities and customs.
