Happybox recently initiated the Happy Employees program in Romania, following the trend to create attractive packages to reward and motivate employees. As of June this year, companies can join the Happy Employee program free of charge.

“Nowadays, more and more companies offer extra packages to employees. These can come as medical insurance, team building programs, corporate parties, various courses, gift vouchers, or discounts on the purchase of products and services. The main purpose of these packages is to stimulate employees, to increase their productivity and to create a relaxed working environment,” according to Happybox.

Some of the Happy Employee program’s benefits include discounts and special offers for employees - zero costs for the partner companies, or Fun After Work - a series of activities for groups at special prices. Another option included in the program is to award the performance of one department through a one-day package of activities, such as painting lessons, rafting and guided bike tour.

Happybox is a product of the Travel Studio travel agency in Bucharest. The program contains seven groups of products, namely relax & beauty, sport & fun, diverse experiences, invitation to the city, trip in two, adventure and luxury gateway. The products’ prices vary between RON 60 and RON 400.

HP, AlphaBank and Ubisoft have already signed up to the Happybox program.
