Ovidiu Wencz, the director of the Dona pharmacy network, will leave his office this February. Eugen Banciu, who is a majority shareholder in the company, will replace him.

Wencz has managed to grow the number of Dona pharmacies from 190 to 280 in four years, according to a company press release. The number of employees also went up during his term from 1,200 to 2,400.

Wencz has also contributed to the establishment of the distribution company Siepcofar within the group.

In 2015, the Dona group posted a turnover of EUR 192 million, up by 10% compared to 2014.
