Heavy metal legends Slayer include Romania in upcoming tourMetal aficionados in Romania will get the chance to see legendary thrash metal band Slayer live this summer. The Bucharest concert will take place on June 4 at the Roman Arenas in the capital city. The band are touring to promote their most recent album, 'World Painted Blood'.

Two times Grammy winners and five times Grammy nominated, Slayer first achieved international success in 1986, five years after setting up the band. The band's founders are Jeff Hanneman and Kerry King and the current lineup also includes Tom Araya and Dave Lombardo. Slayer are deemed among the most influential American heavy metal bands. Listen to one of their songs below.

Tickets for the Bucharest concert, organized by Emagic, will be on sale from February 6 and cost RON 80 and RON 120. They will be available online on www.myticket.ro.
