State Patrimony Administration auctions hotel in Romania’s Neptun-Olimp resort for EUR 2.4 mln
The Romanian Autonomous Authority - Administration of State Patrimony (RA-APPS) has recently put several properties up for sale , with prices between EUR 48,000 and EUR 2.4 million, without VAT.
The most expensive is the Dacia hotel and bar located in Romania’s Neptun-Olimp, which is auctioning at a starting price of EUR 2.4 million, followed by the Gloria hotel-restaurant in Suceava - up for sale at EUR 2.1 million.
In Bucharest, RA-APPS is selling of various properties, including a building located on Cuza Voda street with a 452 sqm plot - for EUR 259,000, an apartment on Calea Calarasilor street with a 163 sqm plot - for EUR 286,000, and an apartment on Bitolia street - EUR 99,000.
The cheapest property to be auctioned has a starting price of EUR 48,000 and is located Snagov. Check out the complete list of properties put up for sale here.
