The company which imports the luxury car brand Morgan, Pro Auto Industries, which sold one car in Romania this year, is in talks to sell the second one. The first car will be delivered within a couple of months. It is a Morgan Roadster 4 Seater, worth 49,000 sterling pounds, while the car for which negotiations are ongoing is a Morgan AeroSuperSports, which costs almost 140,000 sterling pounds. The company sold three Morgan cars in Romania in 2009. Pro Auto Industries, the Morgan brand importer in Romania, could open a Morgan showroom in Romania next year. The group of companies Pro Auto Industries is owned by Romanian businessman Laurentiu Tiglau.

UK Morgan Motor Company was founded in 1910 by HFS Morgan. The company is currently run by the founder's grandson, Charles Morgan. It is headquartered in Malvern, England.
