Intesa Sanpaolo Bank relocates offices to Art Business Center in Bucharest

Intesa Sanpaolo Bank will relocate on March 24 its secondary headquarters in Bucharest to Art Business Center, located on Nicolae Caramfil street in the capital city, the bank has announced.

Besides the bank, Intesa Sanpaolo Leasing Romania IFN SA and the local subsidiary of Intesa Sanpaolo Card will also operate in the new location.

Intesa Sanpaolo will fully occupy the fourth floor of the building, with an area of 3,500 sqm.

Part of the bank’s executive management, as well as the commercial sector - all business departments, including corporate & retail, work-out, commercial planning, loans, audit, and legal, will operate in the new headquarters in Bucharest.

Intesa Sanpaolo Bank is the first tenant of the Art Business Center building.  The bank will also open a branch and an ATM at the ground floor of the building, on April 7.

Intesa Sanpaolo Bank is the local subsidiary of Intesa Sanpaolo Group.

In the first half of 2013, Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Romania posted a net profit of some EUR 114,000 (RON 500,000), while the operating profit recorded a year-on-year increase of some 40 percent, to over EUR 9.3 million (RON 41 million).
