Romanian billionaire Ion Tiriac prepares to sell his leasing company Tiriac Leasing. He has hired the famous investment bank Rotschild as consultant for the sale, according to market sources cited by local Ziarul Financiar.

The company has a portfolio of some EUR 200 million, according to the teaser. In 2016, it financed the purchase of goods worth close to EUR 100 million.

Big local financial groups such as Banca Transilvania and BCR as well as smaller players on the local market such as BNP Paribas may be interested in this deal.
