Israeli developer records EUR 30 mln revenues in Romania in the first nine months
Israeli developer AFI Europe Romania recorded a net operating income of EUR 10.2 million in the third quarter and about EUR 30 million in the first nine months of the year, up 8.2% year-on-year.
The value of all its completed projects, including the AFI Palace Cotroceni and AFI Palace Ploiesti shopping centers and three buildings of the AFI Park office complex, rose to EUR 600 million.
The AFI Palace Cotroceni shopping center in Bucharest, the company’s largest asset, generated revenues of EUR 7.7 million in the third quarter of the year, up by 3.3% year-on-year, and EUR 23 million in the first nine months of the year, up 4% year-on-year. The mall was valued at EUR 434 million, 8% higher than last year.
