Klarna, one of the biggest players in the fintech industry founded in Sweden, which offers users the opportunity to pay online purchases in three instalments, has officially entered the Romanian market.

Initially, it teamed up with partners such as the fashion marketplace About You, the shoes store Footshop, and Tommy Hilfiger's online store.

"This marks another big step in our journey to become the growth engine for retailers across Europe," reads the company press release.
