KPMG moves Timisoara offices to new building
KPMG, one of the biggest audit and fiscal consultancy firms in Romania, will move its headquarters in Timisoara, Western Romania, to the ISHO project, developed by local investor Ovidiu Sandor.
KPMG joins German group Bosch’s service center and U.S. company Survey Sampling International, which have also leased space in the project. The first phase of the ISHO office project has thus reached an occupancy rate of 80%, according to Sandor, who said that IT and financial services firms have also leased office space, reports local Ziarul Financiar.
ISHO is a mixed real estate project that will have 50,000 sqm of offices and some 1,000 apartments. The first office building, with a leasable area of 18,000 sqm, should be ready this spring.
