Romanian investor Stefan Iordache (in picture), the co-founder of the Leo Burnett communications group in Romania, took over a 40 percent share package in affiliate marketing website 2parale.ro. Previous shareholder Daniel Enache sold his package in the company, while Daniel Boerescu and Radu Spineanu, the two other shareholders kept control of the project, with 60 percent of the shares. 2parale.ro generated 16,000 sales worth some EUR 560,000 in December last year, according to Boerescu.
The value of the deal was not announced, but Daniel Enache made a “profitable exit”, said Dorin Boerescu.
Stefan Iordache founded the Target Advertising company together with Ioana Iordache in 1994. The collaboration with Leo Burnett started in 1995. Stefan Iordache is also one of the investors in the project orasulm.eu, a mobile platform that offers information about events and places in Bucharest. Iordache invested EUR 200,000 in this project.
