Lidl supports Romanian high school graduates to study in Germany
German retailer Lidl has launched in Romania the Duales Studium program that allows Romanian high school graduates to study at the Trade Faculty in Heilbronn, Germany.
They can also take part in a training program for the Sales Director position in the Lidl network. At the end of the program, the graduates will receive job offers from Lidl Romania, reports local Profit.ro.
The high school graduates that want to apply for the program need to have advanced knowledge of the German language.
The selected candidates that begin the program will sign an individual three-year work contract with Lidl Stiftung. They will receive a gross salary of EUR 1,400 in the first year, EUR 1,600 in the second year and EUR 1,800 in the third year.
The program is addressed to high school graduates from the countries where Lidl has subsidiaries.
