American alternative rock band Linkin Park will be for the first time in Romania this summer at a concert scheduled for June 6 at Romexpo, in the Romanian capital Bucharest. This will be the band's first concert in the Balkans region, so the Bucharest gig is likely to attract fans from the region, according to concert organizers Events.

With over 10 million copies of their debut album sold in the US and several platinum disks in various countries, the band, made of Mike Shinoda, Chester Bennington, Brad Delson, Phoenix, Joe Hahn, Rob Bourdon recently launched a new album, "A Thousand Suns". The promotion tour for this album already crossed five continents and 30 countries, where the band sang for over one million fans.

Linkin Park, perhaps best know for their early single 'Numb', sold over 45 million album copies since their launch, in the late 90s. The won two Grammy awards out of six nominations. The band prepares to launch a new album this summer. Meanwhile, listen to some of their most famous songs below.
