ManpowerGroup Romania makes EUR 26.5 mln out of HR services

ManpowerGroup Romania, which provides workforce solution services, reported a turnover of EUR 26.5 million in 2011, up 43 percent compared to 2010, when turnover was EUR 19 million, according to the company.

In 2011, ManpowerGroup Romania placed over 6,800 temporary workers. This was a 73 percent year-on-year increase in the volume of personnel integrated to the local labor market. “The human resources’ potential will be the main catalyst that will determine economic growth, and the way to trigger this potential will be the main challenge companies will have to face,” reads a statement of the company.

Worldwide, ManpowerGroup reported a turnover of USD 22 billion, and provided jobs for 3.5 million people in 80 countries.

Manpower has operated on the Romanian market since 2003. The company currently has 14 branches in Romania, in Bucharest, Timisoara, Brasov, Cluj, Iasi, Ploiesti, Craiova, and Pitesti.
