Consultancy and legal firm Mazars has appointed Edwin Warmerdam as tax partner in the fiscal consultancy department, thus strengthening its position in the Dutch business community, according to the company.

Edwin Warmerdam is Dutch and has been living in Romania since 1998. He has worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Netherlands and Romania for 15 years, until 2006. He later held key management positions in the corporate real estate sector, including Chief Financial Officer with Avrig 35 real estate developer for almost four years.

Warmerdam has 23 years of experience in the tax and financial sector, out of which 16 years have been dedicated to the activity on the local market. He is specialized in real estate, financial services and energy. His full CV is here on LinkedIn.

Mazars has been active on the Romanian market since 1995, and its local team includes over 160 people.
