The truck division of Mercedes-Benz Romania has delivered 25 trucks to Romanian transport company Luxorcomp.

Based in Valcea county, the transport firm bought the Mercedes-Benz trucks last year after deciding to change its entire fleet, which then counted 18 trucks.

The first trucks arrived at Luxorcomp a year ago, while the last ten arrived in August 2013, according to the company.

The Romanian transport company will use the trucks on routes to Italy, Belgium, France and Germany

Luxorcomp was established in 1994. Last year, the company recorded a turnover of EUR 2.6 million, and a net profit of some EUR 170,000, up from a profit of under EUR 10,000 posted the year before.
