Meridian Auto invests EUR 5 mln in new Dacia-Renault car center in Bucharest
Meridian Auto, the local distributor for Dacia and Renault, invested between EUR 4.5 and EUR 5 million in a new car center for its two brands, located in Pipera, northern Bucharest, according to Catalin Boteanu, the executive director of Meridian Vest auto center, cited by local Economica.net.
The new Dacia-Renault car center will be opened in three months.
The Meridian Vest center, located in Bucharest’s Militari neighborhood, sold 847 Dacia cars last year. For this year the target is 1,100 Dacia cars and 250 Renault cars. Most of the models sold by Meridian Vest are Logan and Logan MCV, followed by Duster and Sandero Stepway.
The Dacia network in Romania includes 80 showrooms and 105 service units.
