Mio expects to sell 2,000 GPS devices in December

Mio Technology, which produces GPS devices, expects to sell 2,000 such devices in Romania in December alone and reach 25,000 units sold for the entire 2010.  “December is very important for the annual evolution of the local GPS market and implicitly to Mio Technology's sales. Last year, Mio sold 30,000 GPS devices, on a market estimated at 60,000 sold units, according to the company. The volume of the market is expected to shrunk to 50,000 units for this year in Romania.
