Misia returns to Bucharest for fado music concert in November

Portuguese singer Misia, who is considered one of the best voices of fado music and a worthy descendant of Amalia Rodriguez,  will perform on November 29 at the National Opera in Bucharest. The event is organized by the Embassy of Portugal in Romania and the Plai Festival.

This is not the first time Misia performs in Romania. She performed in Bucharest in 2004 and 2008 and this year she also was invited to the Plai Festival in Timisoara, held between September 10 and 12.  Tickets for the concert are priced between RON 70 and 250 and can be purchased at the Palace Hall and online at myticket.ro, ticketpoint.ro and bilete.ro.

Misia has released nine albums so far: "Misia" (1991), "Fado" (1993), "menos Tanto Tanto Mais" (1995), "Garras Dos Sentidos" (1998), "Paixões Diagonais" (1999) "Ritual" (2001), "Canto" (2003), "Drama Box" (2005) and "Ruas" (2009).
