Some 35 Romanian entrepreneurs have signed up so far for the EY Accelerating Entrepreneurs competition.

Consultancy group EY organizes this program, which offers entrepreneurs support to develop their business.

13% of the applications belong to Romanians, closely followed by 34 US entrepreneurs.

The participants will receive advice from a team of EY experts and world business leaders. The final candidates will take part in the World Entrepreneur Of The Year event, organized in Monte Carlo, between June 3-7.

Entrepreneurs can still apply until March 1.
