Romanian law firm Muşat & Asociaţii appointed four new partners, bringing the number of the firm's partners to 16. Monia Dobrescu, Alina Popescu, Ionuţ Bohâlţeanu and Iulian Popescu were promoted partners with the Romanian law firm,

Monia Dobrescu (in picture, first to the left), who has been working with the firm for the last eight years, specializes in real estate, project finance and banking. Some of her clients so far include Caja de Ahorros y Pensiones de Barcelona, Grupo Lar, BNP Paribas (Suisse), Credite Agricole (Suisse), Societe Generale, ING Geneva, Tornator.

Alina Elena Popescu (in picture, second left), who joined Musat & Asociatii eight years ago, has been working in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, international trade contracts and internal and external arbitration procedures. She has worked with clients like Abbott Laboratories, Maynards Europe, PPF Investments and AEGEAN Airlines.

Ionuţ Bohâlţeanu (in picture, first to the right) specializes in taxation issues, having also been involved in capital markets and mergers & acquisitions. He has worked with companies like Monsanto, SAB Miller, Enel SpA, Delhaize, Electroca Muntenia Sud and The Rompetrol Group.

Iulian Popescu's (in picture, second to the right) area of expertise includes public acquisitions, public – private partnerships and concessions, as well as environmental and natural resources issues. He has worked with Nova Imobiliare, Halliburton and Liebrecht & Wood, among others.
