The Magic Summer Festival at the Athenaeum, Bucharest, will include a series of seven concerts, held every Wednesday between July 18 and August 29, featuring among others Andrei Licaret, Cristian Mandeal, Liviu Prunaru and Gabriel Croitoru.

The program includes works by Mozart, Schubert, Beethoven, Claude Debussy, Franz Liszt, Rachmaninov, Haydn, Dvorak and George Enescu.

Audiences can look forward to Andrei Licaret and the Arcadia Quartet (in the program of works by Joseph Haydn, Ludwig van Beethoven, Robert Schumann, on July 25), and the Mandeal Romanian Youth Orchestra, soloist Mihaela Ursuleasa, performing pieces by Chopin, George Enescu and Rachmaninov on August 1.

The tickets costs RON 45 and can be bought at the Athenaeum, Piata George Enescu, open between 13:00 and 19:00.
