Argentinian electronic-tango band Narcotango will perform for the second time in Romania on July 12, starting 20:00 hours, at the Summer Theater in Herastrau Park, Bucharest. The band also held a show in Romania in the summer of 2010.

In the year 2000, Libedinsky, the musical director of Narcotango, started dancing tango, making this experience a turning point for his musical interests. In August 2003, the Narcotango CD was released, with completely original music where electronics and tango combine.

The band has been nominated for the Latin Grammy Awards and Gardel Prizes in 2009. Last year, Narcotango released a new album, “Limanueva”, that was nominated for Latin Grammy Awards in 2010 as the best tango album. More about the band.
