Profi Rom Food has recently opened a new store in Ploiesti, Romania, after two other such units have been inaugurated in Beiusi and Suceava in recent weeks. The total value of investment has not been communicated, but the store covers 512 sqm and has a 350 sqm sales area, according to the company. This is the 99th Profi store opened in Romania, and the third of this kind in Ploiesti.

The store in Beiusi, Bihor county, covers 440 sqm and has a 290 sqm sales area, while the store in Suceava extends on 1000 sqm with a 700 sqm sales area. All shops offer more than 4,000 products.

Last year, the company recorded a turnover of EUR 172 million, with 82 units.
