Solitaire 3 Arena, the newest title from Romanian games developer MavenHut, was selected among the most successful games on Facebook in 2014, in the “Facebook’s 2014 Staff Favorite Games” category.

This is the second important nomination for MavenHut, after Solitaire Arena was ranked in top 50 apps that monetize on Facebook.

MavenHut is a company founded in 2012 by Cristi Badea, Bobby Voicu and Elvis Apostol, present in top 5 companies developing social games in Europe, in terms of growth posted in 2014 (number of active players), reports local Wall-street.ro.

The company received several awards such as Global Innovator Award at the 2013 Global Tech Symposium, best web app, best start-up and best co-founder at  The Next Web Romanian Startup Awards 2013, best pitch at How to Web Startup Spotlight 2012, or Forbes Emergent Entrepreneur of the Year (offered to Cristi Badea).

Solitaire 3 Arena was launched in May this year and has over 2 million users.
