Sodexo Solutii pentru Motivare has recently relocated its offices and production activity in Novo Park building compound in Northern Bucharest, bringing the complex’s occupancy rate to 98 percent.

The company, whose portfolio includes meal, gift and holiday vouchers, incentive vouchers and social vouchers, has leased a total area of 2,700 sqm in Novo Park’s Building G, joining the other multinationals headquartered in the compound, such as HP, Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods Romania, Garanti Bank and Ringier.

Novo Park’s Building G has a total leasable area of some 16,000 sqm and currently hosts two companies, namely Sodexo and UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions (UBIS).

Novo Park was developed by Genesis Development, owned by Romanian businessman Liviu Tudor. The compound consists of seven office buildings with a total leasable area of 72,000 sqm.

Sodexo Solutii pentru Motivare is part of Sodexo Group which currently operates in 80 countries and has over 410,000 employees.
