The retail galleria Family Center in Ramnicu Valcea town of Romania, developed by Oasis Development together with Real4You Immobilien, has been recently opened following an investment of EUR 7 million. The galleria has an area of ​​3,500 sqm and is located next to Kaufland store in Ramnicu Valcea. Family Center's tenants include Altex, Deichman, DM drugstore, Carmolimp and Takko.

“Oasis Development plans to start the development of six new projects in 2011, with delivery within the next year, and an investment budget of EUR 80 million”, said Klaus Reisenauer, Oasis Development Partner.

Oasis Development has so far developed projects with a total surface of over 1.5 million sqm of land, the value of investments exceeding EUR 800 million. Since 2002, Oasis Development is a partner of German companies Kaufland and Plus (Lidl) in Romania, which have developed over 50 units.
