OMV Petrom inaugurates Petrom City office compound this week

Oil and gas company OMV Petrom will inaugurate its new headquarters, Petrom City, in Straulesti area of Bucharest on Thursday, December 2.  The office complex required an investment of EUR 130 million and will host Petrom's 2,500 employees from the Bucharest and Ploiesti headquarters, who are expected to gradually move in until spring next year. The investment includes the ecologization of the land, construction of the three office buildings, data center, power plant, garage and road infrastructure.

The construction is made of 5 buildings – two administrative office buildings, a classical shaped high raised building, a data center and a power plant. Petrom City will have a total gross floor area of 100.000 sqm.
