Three-star hotel on Romania’s Black Sea coast, on sale for EUR 4 mln
The 3-star Opal Hotel in the Romanian seaside resort Cap Aurora was put up for sale for EUR 4 million, well below the EUR 13 million price tag the owner had set nine years ago when he also wanted to sell it, Profit.ro reported.
The hotel has ten floors and 231 rooms. Out of the 231 rooms, 15 are suites. The building also has 120 parking spaces, and the total built area is 11,200 square meters.
The hotel also has a restaurant with a capacity of 720 seats, a terrace with 120 seats, a conference room, and a tennis court.
It was built in 1973 and the current owner bought it in 1991.
