Real estate Opus Land Development will deliver 103 new houses in the Cosmopolis real estate compound in Stefanestii de Jos, near Bucharest in November this year. This will be a part of the second phase of the project, and 45 percent of the units have been sold so far. “The monthly average was of seven units sold a month, but we expect an increase in this rate after the beginning of fall,” said Ahmet Buyukhanli, the majority shareholder in Opus Land Development. The first phase of Cosmopolis totals 586 finalized apartments.

95 blocks of flats and eight villas will be delivered within the project. The total investment in the project should reach EUR 700 million by 2014, the deadline for end of works.
