Orange Romania has made two internal promotions to senior position in the company. Florin Popa (in picture) is now Orange Romania's business to business director, after serving previously as a sales and distribution director. Meanwhile, Claudiu Dragomir has taken over his old position of sales and distribution director.

Popa joined Orange in 2001. In 2004 he became the regional director for indirect sales for Muntenia, before taking on the sales and distribution directorship in 2007. Florin Popa holds a degree in economics and business law from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.

Claudiu Dragomir has been with Orange since 1997. In 2003 he set up and managed the sales team dedicated to business customers while since 2009 he has led a retail team. Dragomir has also implemented news designs in Orange shops. He is a graduate of Bucharest's Polytechnic University.

Telecom operator Orange Romania recently extended the lease on the area it occupies in the Europe House office building in Victoriei square in Bucharest, known locally as the Orange building.
