Romania’s largest mobile operator, Orange, will launch Apple’s iPhone 4 in Romania on Friday, September 24. The telephone which will be available both online and in selected stores, the operator said Thursday.  The iPhone 4 is enabled with video calling with FaceTime and comes with a high-resolution display, HD video recording, a 5-megapixel camera, Apple A4 processor and more, Orange Romania said in a press release.
iPhone 4 comes with the iOS4 operating system, which includes over 100 new features.  A subscription-free iPhone 4 will sell for 4,500 lei (EUR 1,056), VAT included.
The iPhone 4 launch in Romania has been eagerly awaited for several months. Orange announced in June it would bring the new telephone to Romania 'within weeks'.

Apple launched the fourth iPhone model on June 8 and has started to push the model abroad soon after the US launch, unlike it did with the previous models.
