Schumann Quartet’s performance scheduled for November 17 in Bucharest will no longer take place. The concert was to be part of the Da Capo ArCuB Chamber Music Series, and the organizers will try to reschedule it for 2016.

Those who have already bought tickets for this performance can get their money back depending on how the purchase was made.

According to the organizers, all the amounts paid by debit or credit cards will be returned to the accounts from which they were paid. In order to get a refund this way, those who have purchased tickets have to send an email at contact@eventim.ro with the name and the order ID.

Those who have purchased tickets via bank transfer will have to contact Eventim through the contact form on the website (eventim.ro) and provide information such as name, account, address and personal identification number (CNP).

If the tickets were bought from eventim.ro selling points (Germanos, Orange, Vodafone and Domo stores, Carturesti and Humanitas bookshops), they can be returned at the points of sale from where they’ve been purchased. In this case, the buyers will get their money back on the spot.

However, those who have tickets for this concert also have another option: they can use the tickets for the next concert within Da Capo ArCuB Chamber Music Series. The next performance will take place on December 10 and will be held by Trio Enescu ensemble.

Da Capo ArCuB Chamber Music Series 2015/2016, the first series of chamber music concerts in Bucharest with international participation, started on October 15. Its program includes a total of eight concerts. There will be a concert each month, and the event will end in May 2016.
