At least 10,000 trade union members will take part in a rally and street protest, which will be organized in Bucharest on Tuesday, September 28 by the Trade Union National Bloc (BNS). Employees working in transports, machine building, postal services and telecommunications, printing houses, defence industry, cultural institutions, energy, textile industry, agriculture, banks, health (ambulance and insurance houses), public administration (penitentiaries, public security, social work) and village administration will take part in the rally.

According to the BNS leader Dumitru Costin, this protest action supports of list of claims mainly referring to the creation of a clear programme of investments, targets for the labour market and completion of the law on the unitary pay of budget employees.
