Over 40.8 million people, 33.9 million of whom EU citizens and 11.59 million vehicles crossed Romania's borders last year, according to a report presented on Thursday, January 22, by the Border Police.
There was a 6.15% year-on-year increase in the number of people who crossed the country's borders in 2014, while the number of vehicles went up by 2.8%, reports local Agerpres.
