Over 500 gamers from around the world come to the largest eSports festival in Romania
More than 500 gamers from around the world will participate in the national and international competitions of DreamHack Cluj-Napoca 2015, the largest eSports festival in Romania.
The competitions will take place at Sala Polivalenta in Cluj-Napoca between October 29 and November 1, the total prizes amounting to over USD 300,000.
The event’s program includes the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) Major tournament – DreamHack Open. The best 16 CS:GO teams in Europe and North America will compete for the trophy and total prizes of USD 250,000.
Also, 128 local and international gamers will compete for total prizes of USD 25,000 in the HearthStone PGL Winter Tavern Tales 2015 tournament.
The festival will also include PGL Cosplay Open, an event that includes workshops, debates, and USD 8,000 prizes.

DreamHack is one of the world's largest digital festivals and was first organised in Sweden, in 1994. PGL, local group ComputerGames.ro’s esport brand, will continue to run DreamHack events in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe until 2020.
