Czech developer P3 has started the construction of a new warehouse in the P3 Bucharest logistics park, located on the A1 highway near Bucharest, according to an announcement the company made yesterday.

The new warehouse will cover 13,900 sqm and will include some 400 sqm worth of office space. P3 is already in advanced talks with a potential customer that is interested to acquire the whole building.

P3 acquired the logistics park in 2015. Since then, the company has built some 90,000 sqm of new logistics space. This new warehouse represents the 12th construction of the P3 park.

This year, the developer will add another 65,000 sqm in three future constructions, which will lead to the doubling of the park’s surface compared to the moment of the acquisition. P3 currently has some 305,000 sqm of logistics space in the P3 Bucharest park.

The developer plans to expand its operations in Bucharest and Romania’s central and western areas.
